Our customers LOVE this phase. After you picked your lot and your cottage, you will get receive a comprehensive guide with included options for all aspects of your ModCraft: trim, paint, siding, windows, doors, flooring, cabinets, bathrooms and appliances! This guide will also show all the upgrade options. You will also be invited to visit the indoor production facility where your cottage is built to see the high quality process and take your time to discuss customizations of your ModCraft Cottage.

Enjoy your Turnkey Modcraft!
We deliver your Modcraft, taking your lot and cottage from 'Trees to Keys'! Included in the price is the site preparation, a rough driveway, well, septic and connection of utitilities. Typical options our customers include the addition of a deck or placement on a pier (to create more expansive views). On the delivery day we will join you on a walkthrough to look for any deficiencies for us to tackle, and then you can move in your stuff and start living the cottage lifestyle in your brand new ModCraft!
